Gavin Millar, died unexpectedly but peacefully at the Margaret Kerr Unit, Borders General Hospital on Sunday 12^th September 2021. As people that knew him will be aware, Gavin was a well-known farmer and still had a very strong interest in the equine world. He also took
an active role in the NFU as the Borders Cereals representative and past chairman of the local branch.

A memorial service will be held at Jedburgh Old and Trinity Parish Church on Friday 24 September at 1.00pm. Whilst numbers are limited to 180 in the church, all friends are most welcome. We would very much like to raise funds for the MKU and would respectfully ask if donations can be made through this link as a thank you for the unit’s kind care and attention to Gavin in the last few weeks, in memory of the cheeky chappy that was Gavin.
