Dave put the team together and here's why....

"On the 12th May 2017, our lives took an unfortunate turn. My younger son was diagnosed with Leukaemia. Thanks to Cancer Research UK he was able to get onto a trial, and with the help of their incredible work and the amazing NHS the prognosis is very good, even though he still has another 2 years of work to achieve the goal of being cancer free."

There are 7 of us cycling; Dave King, Chris Jones, Darren Shears, Les Forbes, Nick Sanders, Ray Faherty and Sarah Faherty. We're cycling from Reading to Paris over 5 days, starting Sunday 27th May, to raise funds for Cancer Research UK to help them achieve their future goals by saving peoples lives.
