Thank you for taking the time to view our page
This year "The Lost Boys" take on the BHF London to Paris Off-Road cycle challenge. 300km in 3 days raising funds for the British Heart Foundation. In case you didn't get that: That's 300km of biking in three days. Off-road. From London to Paris. So since we're doing that, it'd be great if you could donate some money to the British Heart Foundation.
This year’s team:
The Cyclists:
Leighton Stocker, Dave Duffy, Chris Wood, Dave Maidment, Tom Sloman, Carwyn Davies, Scott Stemp
And the support Crew:
Len Smith and Lorraine Cutler.
Please help us reach our £3,500 sponsorship target as we battle against the terrain, weather, foreign language and Leighton’s terrible bad habits!
:: THE ROUTE ::
Day 1: Over 100km on (mostly) well surfaced, flat, off-road trails until the last leg where you climb on to the South Downs. A fast descent brings you in to Shoreham Harbour. You then head over to France for a well deserved night’s sleep!
Day 2: You ride 80km of mixed terrain, heading south-east towards Forges les Eaux. Then the final push as we climb up to the medieval town of Lyons la Forret.
Day 3: We head south, using a wide mixture of trails, providing the toughest riding so far. Around 120km of riding takes you to the finish line at the Palace of Versailles.
