Story
John Thew from Further and Chris White from Integralis have entered The Italian Job 2013 charity mini run. En route to Rome, we're hoping to enjoy an excellent adventure taking in as many of Northern Europe's grand prix circuits as possible and drive the Brenner Pass!
However, the most important part is helping Variety, the Children's Charity, to provide positive experiences for children and young people throughout the UK who are sick, disabled or disadvantaged.
Please give generously to help us support this very worthy cause.
It's been 20 years since Max II (1989 Racing Green bodyshell with "non-standard" spec) successfully completed The Italian Job 1993. After four fantastic years raising money for children's charities and visiting fascinating European cities including Hameln, Berlin, Prague and Salzburg on the way to Trento and back via Lausanne, Mulhouse, Reims and Paris, it was time to put family first.
Then, at John's 40th BIrthday party in 2005, we decided that we "Had a plan". Like all the best sequels, they take some plotting. Eight years later and it's Chris' 40th so it's time for Max III to take us all the way to Rome!
