Gillian, Gordon, Raymond, David and Fraser have signed up for their Asian Adventure - a 415 km cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia, starting from Ho Chi Minh City, through the beautiful Mekong Delta, crossing the Tien Giang River to Phnom Penh, before finishing at the ancient temple site of Angkor Wat. The adventure starts on the 29th Sept and will involve 5 intense days of cycling in high temperatures and extreme humidity. The infamous 5 have already started their special training plan to deal with these tough conditions, ensuring that proper 'hydration' is a top priority! The team will keep you informed of our progress as we near our departure date.

The Infamous 5 are self funding the challenge and are delighted to be a small part of a 25 strong team of Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice supporters who are taking part to raise much needed funds for such a fantastic and worthwhile cause. This amazing team are training hard and giving their time to raise money for the PPWH which will go towards helping to care for over 1200 new patients and family members every year.
