As families come together over the festive season, let us not forget the thousands of ex-Gurkha veterans and their widows living in Nepal.  Now elderly and frail, they rely on The Gurkha Welfare Trust to care for them.  Whether it’s providing a monthly Welfare Pension or looking after their medical needs or helping out in emergencies, the Trust is there, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring they live with security and dignity.

For nearly 200 years the gallant fighting men of Nepal, the Gurkhas, have loyally answered the call for help from the British Crown.  Now, in their hour of need, it is our time to respond.
