Story
Four years ago exactly we attempted the 3 peaks challenge in 3 days. We managed about 2.6 peaks (don't ask! We walked around not up Ben Nevis because my knees gave in)
So - It's time for a 3-PEAK-CYBER-REMATCH in the name of UK charities #twopointsixchallenge
Google says the three peaks amounts to about 79,864 steps, 26 miles ascending a height of about 3,000 m
Actual mountains in fresh air would be my first pick, but the staircase in our flat will have to do.
So STARTING TOMORROW we will start the clock ticking and go up and down our STAIRCASE 1000 TIMES - the challenge is to do it in 3 days!
1000 TIMES.
Reaching that 3,000 m climb target after all!
That's about 3-4 hrs a day
How can you do a home version of the three peaks? Do you have steps in our around your house you can put to good use?
Join me, challenge someone or set up your own #twopointsixchallenge
It's super easy - challenge yourself, challenge someone else, say thank you for critical role UK charities and help them fight this pandemic by donating!
