Campaign by Brain Tumour Research (RCN England and Wales 1153487, Scotland SC046840)
Its simple - you just squat or star jump your way through November! Choose if you'd prefer to do star jumps or squats and complete the challenge however is best for you. Choose either 100 Squats or 100 Star Jumps a Day in November.

Story

For the month of November I'll be doing 100 star jumps a day and helping raise money for Brain Tumour Research. I'll also be doing it in a Superman cape. Henry Cavill is back in the cape so I thought I should wear it as well!

All donations are welcomed. This charity means a lot to me and a little can go a long way.

Thank you,
Luke Bugg "The Geek Of Steel'

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
