Story

TFS are taking part of a 10km obstacle course challenge, combining distance running with a variety of obstacles along the way, each inspired by game shows such as Total Wipeout, Takeshi's Castle and Gladiators!

This is what our day will look like (please copy and paste into your browser)  https://vimeo.com/146294859

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. Meaning that hundreds of thousands of people could still be struggling.

Mind is a charity that provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They help people to understand their condition and the choices available to them. They believe that no one should face a mental health problem alone.

How your money can help:

£8 could offer a lifeline to someone in desperate need of support by letting the Mind helpline team answer their call.

£15 could help them campaign for better access to talking therapies, crisis care and other essential mental health services.

£21 could keep 'Elefirneds' their online support community, running for one hour.

By raising money for mind, more people with mental health problems get the support they need and the respect they deserve.
