Club Peloton (clubpeloton.org) is the charity and real estate cycling community transforming the lives of young people. Since 2006, it has given £4.5 million in grants to projects that make a real difference.

I will be raising money on behalf of Club Peloton and all proceeds will be donated to the amazing charities they support, including - MSA Trust, Coram, Cyclists Fighting Cancer and Tom Ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust.

Cycle to MIPIM is Club Peloton's original endurance fundraising ride that brings together cyclists of all abilities to ride, network and fundraise. Every year, riders from across the property industry complete the 1,438km challenge from London to Cannes, arriving in time for MIPIM, the leading international real estate fair.

We will be leaving London on 8th March and arriving in Cannes on 14th March. For those of you that are interested... the relay route, of which I will do a minimum of two 60km stages per day across seven consecutive days, is:

• London - Folkestone 116km

• Calais - Soissons 264km

• Soissons - Auxerre 237km

• Auxerre - Chalon 196km

• Chalon - Valence 255km

• Valence - Greoux-les-Bains 210km

• Greoux-les-Bains - Cannes 160km
