Hello from Tessa, Dave and Molly, the eleventh-hour AOK 10K team.

 

We’re actually not runners, we’re singers. And then only amateur ones. So as Angels of Kaos we exercise our lungs more than we do our legs.

Perhaps you can turn up on Sunday morning and cheer as we shuffle breathlessly past. Or even better, put some money right here in the charity pot.
