Hi Everybody !

It has taken me four years but at last I'm hoping to give something back to say thank you to Treetops Hospice for the amazing help they gave my sister Philippa and her family in the last year of her life.

My 18 year old nephew, Andrew (Philippa's son) and I are running the Robin Hood Half Marathon (hopefully together if I can keep up) on the 11th of September.

I have been training since March; before that I had never run more than a mile. My training is going well but a lot of positive thinking will be required on that day!
