My challenge is to complete a minimum of one hot yoga class per day, starting on the 1st July 2019 and finishing 31st of July 2019.

The event will be held at Yoga Haven, Solihull, West Midlands.

The time table of the classes will range from 60 minute classes to 90 minute classes in temperatures in the region of 35-40 degrees.

I have a close family member who was diagnosed with Dementia several years ago and as a family we have watched the effects of the Dementia take hold, steeling the wonderful memories she had of her family and the joy of watching her family grow.
