Story
I've always loved the sea. And when I learned to scuba dive a whole new world was opened up to me, a world that filled me with happiness and made me feel a much deeper connection to nature. In my marine paintings I try to share the joy and wonder I experience while diving.
I've just moved in to the 124 Studios space in Maidenhead, Berkshire. All the artists here take turns in exhibiting in the window. For my first exhibition here I'm holding a studio sale of my marine art entirely to raise money for the Marine Conservation Society, supporting their work in preserving our wonderful seas for generations to come. For more information see www.mcsuk.org
I hope my artworks bring joy to those who buy them and invite everyone who sees them to open their eyes and hearts to the wonder of nature and the need to preserve it.
View all the artworks in the studio sale online at www.terrijonesart.com
Or see them in the window exhibition until 30th September at:
124 Studios, The Nicholson Centre, King Street, Maidenhead SL6 1DZ
I've suggested donations for each artwork, ranging from £10 for unframed prints to £95 for framed original oil paintings (up to 24" x 36" size).
To buy artworks from the sale, email me at terri@joyofplants.com to make your reservation. I will reply asking you to make a small initial donation to JustGiving to secure your reservation.
You can view and collect artworks from 124 Studios on Sunday 25th September, or other dates/times by arrangement (I am generally at 124 Studios on Sundays). The studio is 5 minutes walk from Maidenhead Rail Station.
Many thanks for your support.
