My mum has been raising money for WaterAid for a couple of years now by taking part in Sing for Water, a really special concert. £15 will bring safe clean water to one person for life so not only is it a cracking cause, but we can easily afford to make a huge difference to people's lives.

Each September, Mum's little local choir in Luton joins hundreds of other singers from around the country and together, 800 singers put on the most incredible open-air free concert at The Scoop by City Hall. It is the culmination of many months of rehearsal, learning songs in close harmony and many different languages.

I was there for the first time this year and was blown away by their performance! So, I have joined forces with my Mum to raise funds for Sing for Water, NOT, you'll be glad to hear by singing, but but seeking sponsorship for a half marathon I am running on 26 Sept in the New Forest. I hope to come in under 2hrs 10mins and if I do will add a bonus payment to whatever you guys are generous enough to give.
