About the charity:

Ty Gobaith is a children's hospice in Conwy, opend in Summer 2004. it now provides regular periods of respite care to over 70 terminally ill children and their families living in the North Wales area. Hope House named after a child, who died at the age of just eight months. Hope House was purpose built to cater for the special needs and requirements of children who visit from Shropshire, Cheshire, Wrexham area and Powys.
