I am again taking part in the 2013 Walk for Matt with 7 persons from Witney RFC . I am seeking to raise £400 pounds which will go to the Matt Hampson Foundation in turn helping local charity SpecialEffect, both charities helping disabled persons have a better and more valued lifestyle.

I will be crewing one of the 13 or so boats that help support the walkers travelling 110 miles from Rugby to Twickenham over a 7 day period.  

I realise that there are so many people asking for donations these days so I will be most grateful for any small amount that you can spare.
