I have set myself the challenge to run in the British 10k London Run on Sunday 13th July 2014 in support of Cancer Research, a charity that is all close to our hearts for one reason or another.

For those that know me well, will know that running is NOT my strong point, so please dig deep and show your support by donating what you can afford and if you can why not join me on the day and cheer me on to the finish line!
