At the end of last year my good friend Guy was diagnosed with leukaemia. I've been a cancer nurse for 20 years and I've seen patients go through good times, and bad times. I want the bad times to stop, so now I need to do more than just look after people. 

I'm running Manchester marathon in 10 weeks from now to raise money and awareness for Bloodwise, the charity for blood cancers. Please donate whatever you can, so people don't have to face the bad times.
