Story
Thank you for taking time to read this, I really appreciate it.
What's happening?
On Sunday, 15 September 2019 at 2-5pm I'm running a fun charity tennis tournament at Berkhamsted Lawn Tennis & Squash Rackets Club. It is in memory of my wonderful father, Tony Walker, with whom I played tennis for many years but who died of pancreatic cancer aged 58, in 1998.
This will be my fourth annual tournament; we have raised £5,375 over the previous three tournaments - wow! Thank you so much to everyone who donated and took part.
I fundraise for the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund to contribute to research to help prevent other people and families experiencing the devastation of this cruel disease, which can strike at any age and has the worst survival rate of any cancer, just 3%, with no improvement in 40 years.
So I'm doing what I love best - and shared with Dad - and playing tennis. And I'd love for you to join me.
Entering the tournament?
To enter this fun tournament, please donate £10 (on this page), stating you're entering. It will the 'American' style tournament when we'll all mix round and balls will be provided.

If you're not a tennis player, I'd still love to share this event with you, please join us at the club for afternoon tea from 4pm, when there will also be a raffle with some fantastic prizes.
Thank you so much.
With love and best wishes,
Caroline Walker xx
