A group of cyclists from Tenby Aces will be cycling from Tenby to Cardiff and back in one day - a total of 200 miles, on 27th June 2009. We are raising money for Help for Heroes. You can guess the time it will take us and win a prize if you are the nearest - just write your guess in the comments!
