Story
On the 23rd, 24th & 25th October, I'll be running* London's Capital Ring to raise money for the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).
At 78 miles, or 26 miles per day, this is quite a distance. With a few wrong turns and walks between buses and trains I'll rack up a marathon every day for three days. Ouch.
Finally, to make it really hard, I'll carry 13.5 kilograms of bricks on my back. Why? Because last year, according to the Samaritans, 13.5 men killed themselves every day. Suicide is the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.
That number, and the hideously high number of people dying from misery, needs to change. So please donate to help CALM.
CALM PROVIDES
