One evening in my house over a very alcholic beverage chatting with my sister and Sarah Brimyard, we saw an advert for the ultra marathon across Hadrian's Wall. 

''Lets do it...'' say Kate,

"I'm in ...'' says Sarah, "and so is my brother... "

"Brilliant", I said, "Looks like I am too..."

 

2months later we're signed up and doing it!

 

So, having never run more than 10miles and certainly never having done even a Marathon before (any of us...) 

 

We are doing a ULTRA marathon, 69miles across Hadrians Wall.

 

Please dig deep, our charities are excellent ones and its going to be a huge challenge!
