In 2020 i will be running 3 races to raise money for the Love Hope Strength Foundation

I will be taking part in:

• The Cardiff Bay 10k on March 29th
• The Porthcawl 10k on July 5th
• The Cardiff Half Marathon on October 4th
• Dyfrig will also be taking part in Sahara Rocks, a 7-day trek through the Sahara desert from October 27th - November 2nd.

The Charity:

Love Hope Strength presents Sahara Rocks, a trek through the ever-changing desert landscape of Northern Africa from 27th October 2nd November 2020. Trekkers will experience the beauty of one of the most breathtaking deserts in the world, but its going to be challenging, with a climb to the top of the Chigaga Dunes - the highest dunes in the Sahara - and some long hiking days.LHS was co-founded by acclaimed musician Mike Peters, who aimed to save lives, one concert at a time, and give hope to families affected by cancer. The money raised through Sahara Rocks will support healthcare projects in Africa to help make LHS vision of a better world for people with cancer a reality. Over the past decade LHS has established the 'Get On The List' programme to help people with a blood cancer who need a second chance of life. To date LHS has registered over 200,000 people to international stem cell donor registries. Over 4,000 identified as potentially live saving donors.
