On Sunday 5th September, I will be taking part in Teddys Wish first annual bike ride, with the ambition of completing 100 miles cycling through the beautiful Chiltern Hills alongside a group of other fabulous riders. 

I am fundraising for Teddy's Wish, founded by myself and my wife Jen in memory of our darling baby boy, Eddie, who tragically died at the age of 3 months on 16 April 2014 when he became a victim of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Our world was instantly shattered and we were left without explanation as to why our beautiful baby boy was no longer with us.  

Over the past seven years, Teddys Wish continues to raise crucial funds to support research to try to substantially reduce infant loss. We also provide funding for counselling support, as we believe that all bereaved families should be able to receive this critical support whatever their circumstances. 

The funds raised from this ride will allow us to increase our direct bereavement support for the many families so desperately in need of support to give them the strength to live their life again
