Another year another couple of challenges, this time i will be taking part in the Prudential Ride London 100 mile cycle 2019 and the Swim Serpentine 2 miler.

If you didn’t already know my little brother Marcus was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy a few years ago. This has impacted my family and I greatly and i have chosen to raise as much money as I can for MDUK to help find a cure.

In 2018 i took part in the London Marathon with a few friends raising over 12,000 between us. In 2019 i’ve decided to swap the pavement for the road and lake and jump on a bike and into a wetsuit.
