William Edward Linney, better known as Ted, sadly lost his battle with lung cancer on Wednesday 8th December 2021.

For those of you that knew him personally, he was a private family man, who didn’t like a fuss.  He was a true gent and was honest as the day is long.  Innately clever and did nothing by halves - if a job wants doing, it wants doing right.  Boy he was a stickler for perfection and has instilled that same work ethic into both of his children.  He will be very much missed by us all and leaves a gaping hole in our family.

His wishes are for a private family funeral which will be by invitation only.  However we know from all the lovely messages we have received about him and how he has helped and guided others, that many would like to make a contribution in his memory, hence this Just Giving Page to donate to the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.
