John Gilmour, Darren Tomes, Liz Gilmour and John Deas are all taking part in this year's Concept Sport Swanage Classic Triathlon on the 10th of August and are raising funds for the RNLI.  We are doing the full Olympic distance which constitutes 1500m sea swim, 40k cycle and 10k run.  As you can imagine this will be a fairly major undertaking so we hope that you can support us well by giving a few pounds here.
