Team Sundance walks in honor of Barbara Sweeten - mother and Grama.  Our family was taken care of so well in the Garden Room in 2019 and we are glad for this opportunity to give back to such an awesome resource for families as they face the passing of a loved one.

From Last Mile: You are awesome! And all of us on the Last Mile team are deeply grateful for all you do to help raise funds in support of palliative care patients and their families. Together, in 2022, we raised $187,000 for the cause. Let’s top it in 2023.A few examples of what a Last Mile gift can do: Provide meals for a family with a loved one in the Garden Room at Gifford. Purchase gas cards to help with travel to appointments or to visit a loved one. Provide pain relief with a massage. Support a unique wish to create a lasting memory.You, our fundraisers, are the heart of our event.
