We are taking part in Britain's Bravest Military Challenge to help support those who have already given so much, including Scotland's Veterans. This amazing event will be a tough challenge and I would really appreciate your support, please give what you can to help our veterans.

We are doing this to challenge ourselves as we have all come a long way in our fitness journeys and as Aimee says what doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you!! Oh and as Gary is a veteran himself it is a cause close to all our hearts!
