Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page!

In July 2017 we will be embarking on the trip of a lifetime - an unsupported 10,000+ mile drive from England to Mongolia in a car completely unfit for the task. To complete this challenge we will have to cross some of the most challenging terrain on the planet, including numerous mountain ranges and deserts.

Our goal is to raise as much money as possible for Bloodwise UK, who fund research and provide support to improve the lives of blood cancer patients. Cancer affects so many people in our lives and we want do to our part in helping to beat it. We will also be raising money for Cool Earth (the official charity of the Mongol Rally) who work alongside indigenous villages to halt rainforest destruction. All donations are greatly appreciated - big or small!

We have bought our car (a Suzuki Wagon R) for £200, after the previous owners reduced the price once they heard what we were doing. Thank you, Dan and Nikki!
