Stu and I are taking on a 100km non stop trek in the Peak District on 13th July to raise money for The Kaleidoscope Plus Group,
 it's gonna hurt but they are a great charity that I've been working
with at work to achieve my Mental Health First Aid training and also
raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing which is a subject
extremely close to our hearts.
