Covid-19 has had a devastating impact on many small businesses and we're certainly no exception! With our small cash reserves exhausted we now need your help in raising much needed funds to help us as we start to re-open and rebuild our business.

Story

Unavoidably, COVID-19 has hit us hard. We want to save as much of our business and as many of our staff as possible from what will be a rough period ahead. Even if we open up soon, the limitations in place will make it hard to break even and given we don't know what's ahead, every little helps.

To do our bit, a few of the gang from the operations team at Norton have decided to take on 100 miles in 10 hours. Thursday the 16th July is the chosen day, aiming to leave at 8am so we need to be back in the hutch by 6pm. Most of us have not cycled over 40 miles before and at a leisurely pace... we aren't even keen amateurs. So this is a true challenge and we're already nervous!

Looking to hit the cycle tracks starting from and finishing at Midsomer Norton Sports Centre. We plan to visit the Two Tunnels via Bath, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Portishead and Clevedon before returning for home. The 10 hours include stops (and getting lost!) so we will need to keep the pace up throughout.

So please fund our charity for our pain. Updates from us will be all over facebook on the day. Medals are awaiting for the finishers but only if they hit the time!!

Thanks for your support and ultimately helping our business and the people who make it what it was and what it will be again.

Best wishes, Team Norton x
