Story

As a depot, we are walking to Japan for SAMH! Our employees are pulling together their steps and virtually walking to what would have been the host site of the 2020 Olympic Games. We are looking for the support of our families, friends & colleagues to not only complete all 11 million steps, but to sponsor and donate to a very worthwhile cause.

SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health) is Scotland's largest mental health charity and believe there is no health without mental health. SAMH has represented the voice of people most affected by mental health problems in Scotland for more than 90 years.SAMH currently operates over 60 services in communities across Scotland supporting more than 3,500 people through recovery focused community services which provide mental health social care support, addictions and employment services, among others. These services together with national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention, sport and physical activity; inform SAMHs policy and campaign work to influence positive social change.SAMH is dedicated to mental health and wellbeing for all: with a vision of a society where people are able to live their lives fully, regardless of present or past circumstances.
