There are not many things in this world worse than having cancer. It is the most cruelest of diseases, which destroys people and families. 

One of the most loved, wonderful, kindest men on this planet unfortunately has Prostate Cancer. That person is a grandad, a father, a husband, a friend and the most adorable person, our Dave. 

What could we do to help? We could raise money to help fight this deadly and cruel disease, that’s what we could do! And that’s exactly what we are going to do! 

13 of Grandad Dave’s closest family and friends are going to run the Manchester 10k in support of Prostate Cancer UK.

For Grandad

When I found out that Grandad had cancer I was really sad and upset. I was angry because it makes him ache in his bones but I can’t do anything to help him make it go away.

I love my grandad. He’s so funny and tells the stupidest jokes and he loves ice cream.

I wanted to organise a sponsored run but it turns out I’m too young to run this 10k but I still want to help raise money. Please donate even just a pound as this will help people like grandad who are trying to make the cancer go away
