So this year I wanted to add to the amazing work that has already been done in memory of Mary Collard, a young lady I sadly never met but who has inspired some many people to raise incredible sums of money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

So this year I am competing in Ironman Austria on 30th June and with a group of NONE cyclists riding the London 100 (the olympic road race course) for the BCRT.

Ironman done ....... thanks all ........ Bristol to Weston warm up ride on 21st July and the team are ready for the big one
