Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On Saturday 18th September 2021 our team of five - Matt, Meaghan, Maddy, Jocasta and Diana - hiked 25km across the Brecon Beacons in South Wales and climbed up the highest peak, Pen y Fan, to raise money for the National Literacy Trust, who are dedicated to giving disadvantaged children across the UK the literacy skills they need to succeed.

After a year of lost learning caused by COVID-19, now more than ever, children across the UK need our help. Hachette UK and its divisions are fundraising for the National Literacy Trust so we can create more programmes that help children, young people, and adults in disadvantaged communities to develop life-changing literacy skills.
