Story
On 29th June we will take part in the CF Warrior games. The team will take 20 minute turns to do the following exercises.
- WEIGHTLIFTING
- RUNNING
- ROWING
- CROSS TRAINING
- CYCLING
- PRESSUPS
- SIT-UPS
- AIR SQUATS
- BURPEES
- TYRE FLIPPING
- PROWLERS
- SANDBAG CARRY
So for 24 hours we will be constantly exercising and each team member will be exercising 20 minutes in every 80 minutes for an entire day.
We are looking to raise money to support the work of CF Warriors who are focused on inspiring people with Cystic Fibrosis to use sport as part of their battle against the disease.
