Welcome to the official team page for LBG Colleague Connect Halifax Hub colleagues taking on both the 12 and 20 mile City Quests in Halifax. We are putting our best foot forward and supporting Crisis and Simon Community to end homelessness, for good!

Laurel, Tejal, Tammy, Venna, Sarah, Sue, Lesley and Josh are all taking part in the 12 miles with more colleagues to be confirmed! 

There are currently 272,000 families and individuals across the UK are experiencing the worst forms of homelessness. A homeless person walks an average of 12 to 20 miles per day. We are stepping in to the footsteps of a homeless person to raise as much money as we can. 

£10 could provide a warm welcome and help someone take their first steps out of homelessness. 

£32 could help fund one to one specialist coaching in housing, benefits, wellbeing and work. 

£64 could help fund a Crisis support working to assist someone trapped in temporary accommodation look for affordable and settled housing. 

£100 could buy a household starter kit, filled with essentials someone might not be able to afford, to help them settle into their new home.
