Story
On Sunday 8th May, teams of 4 to 10 cyclists will be taking on their 'Everesting' challenge. This means they will be doing repetitions of Watlington Hill to climb the equivalent height of Mount Everest, 8,848m.
Everyone involved is raising money for Maggie's Oxford (based in the grounds of the Churchill Hospital) who provide free professional advice and support for people with cancer and their loved ones. For more information visit www.maggies.org/oxford.
Come along and support our cyclists, there will be food and drink available and it's a beautiful spot. Please note that Hill Road and the National Trust car park are closed for the duration of the event. Spectators can view from the top of the hill or the bottom (but please use the footpath, not the road).
