Adam Herne, Lewis Eke and Sam Yates are taking part in the
Great North SwimRun in and around Lake Windermere on 8^th June 2019.  The Event involves 12.6km of swimming and running combined.

We are competing in the event in memory of Emily Pattison, a treasured friend who died following a short illness, aged just 16, in August 2018.  During her illness, Emily’s family benefitted from the support of the Sick Children’s Trust at Scott House, Newcastle, who provide accommodation to support families of children in hospital.  We are fundraising to help ensure that this support is available to other families when they need it.
