Dads Rock is an amazing charity that improves outcomes for children across Scotland by inspiring and supporting dads and families. 

COVID-19 has had a big impact on all our lives, including on our mental health. Dads Rock have been working with Dads and families throughout lockdown to support them through this difficult time, helping them feel less isolated and more included in their communities. This included running weekly Dads Talk video calls and starting WhatsApp groups for Dads and Mums to get parenting hints, tips and support, which was a real lifeline for many during the lockdown.

Dads Rock supported a record number of Dads and families through their online workshops in 2020. You can help them reach even more Dads in 2021 and beyond by sponsoring Calvin, Mark, Tom and Thomas for their EMF Hairy Haggis Team Relay.
