Story

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough.

Having worked at Stroke Association for almost two years I have been privileged to meet some incredible people who've been affected by stroke, and I want to push myself to do Velo to continue to support the work Stroke Association does to help stroke survivors and their families.
I am not a cyclist, I am a pizza eating, Netflix watching lazy cow. But I will train and I am determined to do 100 miles in one day this Summer and get that medal!!!

The Stroke Associations specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. With more donations and support from you, we can rebuild even more lives.

Thank you to everyone who donates, every penny helps!
