I am taking part in this muddy 7km obstacle course together with a team of work colleagues to raise funds for military charity Blemsa.  It is going to be a challenge!

The aim is to raise as much money as we can for Blemsa, a charity that helps serving and ex service personnel who have lost limbs or eyes to rebuild their lives by providing rehabilitation activities and welfare support.
