Story

We are taking part in the Stroke Association's Virtual Resolution Run. There are 1.2 million stroke survivors in the UK living with devastating wide-ranging disabilities such as speech difficulties, memory loss and mental health issues. We need your help to raise funds to rebuild lives.

For those who don't know, Matt had 2 strokes at the age of 35.  He fought through his disabilities after being unable to walk and talk (amongst other disabilities) of which he has overcome and is now able to take part in a 5K run to help other stroke survivors realise their potential.

To show support, Claire, Nigel, Alice are all running 15K on the same day, Aidan will be running 10K in Liverpool and Karen and Emma will also be running 10K.
