As this cause means a lot to us, I have decided to take on the Great North Run again (lucky no. 4) in their honour. Team Tunni will also be taking part in several other runs this year leading up to the big day on 12th September.

Why Tommy's?
Some of you will know our gorgeous & extremely cheeky son, Henry. We are so lucky to have him our lives (7 crazy years & counting), but the journey we took to finally hold him in our arms was a long, tiring & an emotional one. 2021 will mark the 14th anniversary of the start of that journey. After several miscarriages & many different test and examinations (& 3 rounds of IVF/IUI), we are still not 100% sure why this kept happening. We found out many things over the years due to medical advancements, but there is still so much more to find out.

At Tommy’s, the money raised goes towards their research into the causes and prevention of miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth and their information programme that supports pregnant woman and their families, and those who have suffered a loss.
