Yes, Team Tongue Tied are back and ready to take on Michael Carrick's 31 day fundraising challenge to run, jog, walk or cycle 5k every day throughout December. 

Every penny raised for the Michael Carrick Foundation helps create empowering opportunities where disadvantaged young people from across Greater Manchester and Tyne and Wear feel safe, valued and inspired to achieve their full potential.
