We support people affected by Stroke to help them to rebuild their lives

Story

A very close friend of ours, Tom, suffered a stroke at the age of 36. This is something few expect at this stage of life and clearly it is a totally life changing event for Tom and his lovely wife Liz. She has been a pillar of strength in supporting Tom through all his rehab over the 8 months.

Whilst we are widely acknowledged as 'corporate athletes', none of us have attempted, yet alone completed a physical triathlon. Apparently our standard multi discipline challenge of bacon roll, coffee then nap are not internationally recognised as a standard Olympic triathlon

Ironically, Matt 'Swan' is worried about being overtaken by ducks in the lake. Richard is feeling pretty chipper about the swim having recently successful completed the 25m badge at his local 'puddle ducks' class. That said apparently stabilisers (on bikes) are frowned upon which has lead to a few sleepless nights for him.
