MotoNovo’s South Coast sales team are embarking on the gruelling London to Brighton Bike ride on 19th June riding 54 miles each to raise money for Coeliac UK.

'I'm trying to raise awareness of Coeliac disease as this is something that has become very close to my heart. My 4 year old son Lucas has recently been diagnosed with Coeliac disease.  As a family we knew very little about the disease, so it was a very daunting time when we first received the diagnosis as this is a life long condition.  As a family we have slowly started to adapt and accept that our son will have to live with this condition, apart form the physical illness this condition brings to an individual, mentally it is hard to imagine life could be 'normal' both now and what the future could hold.  As with any condition or illness research into the condition is paramount in order to move forward, as is promoting awareness.  it is for all of these reasons that I have decided to take part in the London to Brighton bike ride.  I will be immensely grateful for any support that you can donate to this credible and worthwhile charity.'

There's no real bike riding experience in the team with some getting on a bike for the first time in 15 years.  Each team member has been training through winter and spring along with working out how to put on their Lycra ready for the ride.
