Myself and Rhodri Williams will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 2nd October 2022 for Cancer Research Wales. 

There's not much else to say that hasn't already been said about this horrible disease. It's shit, and needs to do one.

So, we want to do our bit and raise some money to help CRW beat it.
